Can I reserve my Holiday now and pay the deposit in two weeks? - We can only accept your booking when 50% of the cost has been paid, at which time the booking is entered on the calendar and is a secure booking.

What are your outdoor facilities? - Hot-tub under a sheltered gazebo with a w.c. on the terrace., private children’s playground, with soft flooring, barbecue – Gallery {click here}
What are your indoor facilities? – Log-fire, 2 bathrooms, {one on each floor}., washing-machine, tumble dryer, full-size fridge/freezer, ground coffee machine, slow-cooker, toaster etc., hairdryer, T.V., D.V.D player, lots of dvd’s, separate work-space with desk if required in small, quiet room upstairs. Are the Cottage and facilities private to my group – Yes, the whole cottage and all the indoor and outdoor facilities are totally private for your group’s use.
How many guests can you accommodate? - Beds for 7 guests, 3 bedrooms. One king-size in the Master., one twin and one triple {we have zip and link beds so we are able to transform 2 singles into a large double}. We have bathroom/toilet facilities on each floor. We also can put up two strong, travel cots and provide bedding/baby gates/playpen free of charge.
Do you provide bedding and toiletries etc? – We provide towels/ t-towels, bedding, toilet tissues. You will need your own toiletries. {It might also be a good idea to bring a towel & slippers to use when you come out of the Hot-Tub}
Can you get logs/kindling/fire-lighters in for us before we arrive? – Yes we can do this at a cost of £10 per set payable on arrival
Do you provide barbecue coals? – no, but we advise buying self-igniting packs
Do you provide a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk/biscuits? – Yes
Do you decorate for Christmas? – Yes, the first week in November through to New Year, including Christmas tree and crackers. – Christmas Video {click here}
Is the Cottage Fire regulations compliant? – Yes, fire risk assessment / electric/gas checks were completed in October 2023 according to new regulations, which resulted in an action plan. The action plan was been carried out. Emergency fire exit plans are posted in every bedroom, Fire doors were installed in each bedroom and downstairs kitchen. Smoke alarms are live in every room plus on hallways and living room.
Can I book direct with South Wales Homes?
