Cost depends on the season - weekends cost more than Sunday to Friday's. No hidden extras to pay – your quote will include everything.
Important Information: -
· We can only accept your booking when 50% of the cost is paid to: - Lloyd's Bank Account - Name: Mrs. D.R. Arif., Sort Code: 30 80 82., Account No: 10102960.
The balance will be due 6 weeks before your holiday
· We have a Hot-Tub under a Gazebo., private Children’s Playground, Barbecue and Log-fire
· Parking is free on the road opposite 266 Cottage
· Christmas decorations go up the first week in November and includes Christmas tree and crackers
· Everything you may need is situated nearby {Asda, Lidl, Tesco, Take-aways, Restaurants}
· Beds for seven guests, no extra for a cot/ playpen/ highchair/ baby gates
· Towels/ T-towels, bedding, toilet tissues are provided. You will need your own toiletries. {It might be a good idea to bring a towel & slippers to use when you come out of the Hot-Tub}
· Washing machine, tumble-dryer, large fridge-freezer, microwave, slow-cooker, toaster, ground coffee machine, T.V., D.V.D player. Separate work-space with desk if required
· The Cottage and facilities are entirely private to your group
· We are extremely child friendly
· Bicycle lock-up for seven bicycles
· We provide a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk/biscuits
· At a cost of £10 we can provide a large bag of logs, bag of kindling and a pack of fire-lighters {just let us know how many packs}
· We don’t provide Barbecue coals {we advise buying self-igniting packs}
· Sorry, we are not able to accommodate pets·
